Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. Stages of Construction

*Foundation* Lot preparation completed, footing is completed, foundation is set.	*Frame Complete* All of the home’s interior and exterior walls are set, and the roof framing is complete.	*Windows & Shingles* The Builder has completed the installation of windows, shingles, and exterior sheathing.

*Ready for Drywall* Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems are installed. Municipal inspections are completed.	*Drywall Completed* Brick or stone exterior is begun. Wall and ceiling textures are completed to finish Stage 5.	Wood Trim and Door Installation This stage is completed after interior doors are set, and moldings have been installed.

Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Countertops Kitchen cabinets are set and countertops installed to reach Stage Seven. Interior painting is also done.	*Carpet & Flooring Installed* At Stage Eight, your home’s plumbing and electrical fixtures will be set. The Builder will also install the flooring in your home.	*Builder Acceptance* The Area Construction Manager and your Personal Builder perform a quality inspection on your home at this stage.

	*Homeowner Acceptance* Your New JONES Home is Complete! Your Personal Builder will now demonstrate your new home to you. You will be ready to move into your new home very soon!
